For our location in Hameln we are looking for a Purchasing Controller (m/f/d) for our Controlling department who would like to be part of our team.

As a Purchasing Controller , you are responsible to provide business control oversight and conduct financial analysis to assist our Purchasing department in fact-based decision making as well as collecting, analyzing and delivering financial and business related information that supports the purchasing team in achieving their goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilites

Speaking partner to the Hameln Purchasing team, including CapEx planning and monthly financial close
Material Price Variance
Purchasing Variance
Raw Material Spent
Direct Material Cost Bridge
Trade Payables Analysis & Forecasting
Contract Management & Archiving
Project participation with regards to Purchasing organization & other key areas

Required knowledge and experience

University degree, preferably within the area of economics: accounting, finance, tax, or business
Professional experience within controlling or accounting, in a production or industrial company
Business knowledge and understanding in cost-performance accounting and controlling

Additional Requirements

Highly organized, disciplined with personal effectiveness
High degree of self-motivation and the ability to deal with a high degree of complexity and ambiguity
Having the ability to play a part in a team as well as to work independently
Fluent in English and German (both written and oral)
Strong analytical mind and rational thinking
Strong knowledge in MS Office and SAP
