The Dr. Margarete Fischer-Bosch Institute of Clinical Pharmacology, Stuttgart (Director Prof. Dr. M. Schwab) as part of the Bosch Health Campus is operated by the Robert Bosch Foundation. Since its foundation in 1973, the institute has emerged as Germany’s largest and most renowned scientific research unit in the field of clinical pharmacology. Main research activities concentrate on the influence of genetic and non-genetic factors on variability of drug efficacy and their contributions to disease development. Stellenbeschreibung
Establishment of workflows for HR-MS based proteomics from different biological matrices
Establishment of HR-MS based quantification of endogenous proteins and therapeutic proteins (e.g. monoclonal humanized antibodies)
Analysis of proteomics datasets using biostatistics and bioinformatics
Supervision of technicians and master or PhD students
Qualifikationen
PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences or a related discipline
Experience and solid background in proteomics/protein analysis
Hands on experience in high resolution mass spectrometry (ideally with Orbitrap mass spectrometer)
Experience in biostatistical analysis of complex data sets
Interest in personalized medicine and clinical pharmacology
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
