Deine Aufgaben
Erarbeite Testkonzepte und sorge für deren Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern (bspw. Projektmanager:innen oder Product Ownern)
Plane und orchestriere den Aufbau und die Vorbereitung von Tests gemäß Testkonzept und beschaffe die dazu nötigen Testressourcen (Budget, Personal, Werkzeuge, Testumgebung)
Verantworte die Testaktivitäten gemäß Testplan und steuere internationale Testteams sowie externe Partner:innen unter Berücksichtigung der spezifischen Testziele, Metriken, Risiken und des Projektkontexts
Du kennst den Testfortschritt und sorgst für eine transparente und zielgerichtete Kommunikation an die relevanten Stakeholder
Bringe deine Erfahrung und die Testperspektive aktiv in andere Projektaktivitäten (z. B. in die Integrationsplanung) ein und vertritt die Testinteressen gegenüber dem Projektmanagement und anderen Parteien
Unterstütze bei der Auswahl und der Einführung geeigneter Testwerkzeuge und Automatisierungstools
Du wirkst an der weiteren Ausgestaltung von Testprinzipien und -standards mit
Dein Profil
Studium mit informationstechnischem Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbarer Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Methoden-Kenntnisse im Bereich Test Management & Testautomatisierung
Sehr gute Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen
Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Koordination externer Partner:innen
Du bist versiert in agilen Arbeitsweisen und bringst deine Ideen aktiv ein, um deine Strategien und Konzepte stetig weiterzuentwickeln
Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit gehören neben Eigeninitiative ebenso zu deinem Arbeitsstil wie dein ausgeprägtes Planungs- und Organisationstalent
Fließende Englischkenntnisse
Zertifizierung nach ISTQB (oder vergleichbar) wünschenswert
Idealerweise Kenntnisse in relevanten Tools (z.B. ALM, JIRA, SNOW)

Your Tasks
Developing test concepts and ensuring their coordination with relevant stakeholders (e.g. project managers or product owners)
Planning and coordinating the set-up and preparation of tests in accordance with the test concept and procuring the necessary test resources (budget, personnel, tools, test environment)
Assuming responsibility for the test activities in accordance with the test plan and managing international test teams as well as external partners, taking into account the specific test objectives, metrics, risks and project context
Keeping up to date with the test progress and ensuring transparent and targeted communication to the relevant stakeholders
Actively contributing your experience and testing perspective to other project activities (e.g. integration planning) and representing test interests to project management colleagues and other parties
Supporting the selection and introduction of suitable test tools and automation tools
Contributing to the further development of test principles and standards
Your Profile
Degree or other relevant qualification/training with a focus on IT
Several years of professional experience as well as excellent methodical knowledge in the area of test management and test automation
Very good project management skills and a high level of assertiveness
Experience in managing and coordinating external partners
You are well-versed in agile working methods and actively contribute your ideas to continuously develop your strategies and concepts further
Flexibility and the ability to work in a team are just as much a part of your working style as your strong planning and organisational skills
Fluency in English
ISTQB certification (or similar) is desirable
Ideally, knowledge of relevant tools (e.g. ALM, JIRA, SNOW)
