Technical Support Engineer – IoT (m/f/d)

Place of Work: Telework

Tasks:
Support application issues and implementation of all FANUC IoT solutions and products
European wide technical support via phone, email, and/or on-site for all our FANUC offices in Europe
Organisation and implementation of customer training, product training and product launches
Interface with our headquarter in Japan
Support marketing with technical expertise for product promotion in collaboration with the Business Development Manager

Profile:
Completed studies in the field of automation technology, mechatronics or comparable technologies
Strong expertise in CNC machines and related communication protocols
Relevant experience in the field of software products and good knowledge of plant engineering
Programming experience (e.g. understanding JAVA script, Python, C++, etc.) will be an advantage
Keen interest in topics related to IoT, digitalization and Industry 4.0
Strong communication and intercultural skills as well as high coordination and organizational skills
Analytical, structured and independent way of working
Business fluent in English
Willingness to travel throughout Europe
