Service Manager DACH
located in Widen CH or Lüdinghausen GER

Your main responsibility:
to plan, implement, and manage service activities in DACH and in neighboring countries
to ensure Health, Safety, Environment and Quality of the service department and employees
to ensure necessary skills and competences of service personnel
Budget responsibility of the department
Cooperation with sales, rental and other business lines in DACH and neighboring countries as well as with other sales units in EMEA
Your track record:
solid technical knowledge, preferably in construction industry
good understanding of service business and operations management with at least 3-5 years managerial experience
you show strong communication skills on German and English (French is a benefit)
ability to lead and motivate people in remote locations
