Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:
die rechtliche Prüfung von öffentlichen und privaten Ausschreibungen im Bereich der Informationstechnologie sowie von nationalen und internationalen Einkaufs-, Vertriebs-, Outsourcing- und Projektverträgen sowie die Verhandlung solcher Verträge,
die Ausarbeitung von Stellungnahmen und Entscheidungsvorlagen,
die Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen im Tagesgeschäft und
die außergerichtliche Bearbeitung von rechtlichen Auseinandersetzungen, die Begleitung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten und die Führung externer Rechtsanwälte.
Vor dem Hintergrund der internationalen Ausrichtung der Unternehmensgruppe und der Kunden- sowie Partnerstruktur arbeiten Sie in erheblichem Umfang auch in Englisch.
Ihr Profil:
Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an wirtschaftlichem Verständnis, ein rasches Auffassungsvermögen, großes Engagement sowie Kommunikationsfreude. Sie sind teamfähig, belastbar und pflegen einen selbständigen, ergebnis- und projektorientierten Arbeitsstil. Insbesondere verfügen Sie über die Fähigkeit, komplexe rechtliche Problemstellungen praxisorientiert zu lösen und auch Nichtjuristen verständlich zu vermitteln.
Mindestanforderungen:
Volljuristin/Volljurist mit erfolgreich abgeschlossenem juristischem Studium und 2. Staatsexamen.
Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (jeweils in Wort und Schrift).
Gute Kenntnisse in Office-Anwendungen.
Von Vorteil wären:
Mehrjährige juristische Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Wirtschaftsunternehmen.
Kenntnisse im IT-Recht und im Recht der öffentlichen Ausschreibung.
