Sales Force Effectiveness Manager (f/m/d)

This role would be ideal for either a high performing SFE Analyst ready for their next career move, or a current SFE Manager looking to utilise their strategic experience to shape and further develop this recently created new role.

What you can expect:

You will work in a business critical role to support our rapid growth plans for our Consumer Health Care (CHC), Generics and Specialty portfolio.
You will be responsible & accountable for the development, delivery and implementation of the optimal Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) programs for our field force to achieve key business objectives across identified brands and portfolios.
You will monitoring and evaluating KPIs in order to continouously improve our sales performance.
You will collaborate with business units, sales organisations and support functions such as CRM, Market Insights, IT, etc. to identify business opportunities and improvement areas.
You will model our values, champion our culture and the change to support the delivery of our strategic vision of Caring for People as a Trusted Partner.

Who we are looking for:

Ideally Degree level education and/ or Sales Force Effectiveness qualification highly desirable.
Strong track record in a Sales Force Effectiveness role within the pharma sector is essential along with knowledge of the development and implementation of programs to include Go-to-market management, Segmentation & Targeting, Territory Alignment, Incentive setting and performance management.
Excellent analytical skills with a data driven mindset to enable commercially focused recommendations.
In-depth knowledge of CRM systems preferably SalesForce.
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills with well developed project execution experience.
Fluent in German and English.
