What you’ll do

(Co-)Develop project approaches, timeline, resource requirements and budgets
Execute and oversee multiple supply chain projects, ensuring they are completed on time in quality and in budget
You work closely with internal and external partners to align project goals and ensure smooth execution
Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders (project update calls, Steering Committee)
You identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges to minimize disruptions
Prepare and moderate project-related workshops or other relevant meetings

Who you are

Possess a master’s degree in business or equivalent, coupled with demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead projects or handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills, comfortable in presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
Mental flexibility and maturity to navigate ambiguity within a large-scale enterprise transformation program round out your profile
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, along with strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Fluent in English with German as a bonus and a willingness for travel
