MS Engineer (L1) (m/w/d)
Bei dieser spannenden Tätigkeit werden Sie das Serviceteam kompetent mit Ihrer Expertise unterstützen.
Working at NTT
Aufgaben:
Sie übernehmen den Level 1 Netzwerk-Support bei unserem Kunden vor Ort in den Bereichen LAN/WLAN/Security.
Sie führen Changes und Standardservicerequests eigenverantwortlich durch.
Sie übernehmen die Bearbeitung von herausfordernden Incidents im täglichen Betrieb.
Der Kontakt mit dem Anwender und den Fachstellen ist dabei ein zentrales Element.
Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Konfigurationen und Dokumentationen.
Pflege der CMDB und des Netzwerküberwachungstool.
Inbetriebnahme zukunftsweisender Technologien.
Teilnahme am 3-Schichtbetrieb und an Bereitschaften.
Skills:
Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder technisches Studium (z.B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik).
Erste Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Netzwerken und Security Appliances.
Gute Kenntnisse in Cisco LAN/WLAN- Umgebungen ( CCNA zwingend notwendig), sowie Kenntnisse in den Bereichen DHCP, IPv4 und Ipv6 und Netzwerkmanagementtools.
Darüber hinaus sind Ihnen Lösungen von HP, Aruba und Fortinet bekannt.
Strukturiertes Vorgehen verbunden mit einer sehr sorgfältigen und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise, insbesondere bei der Problemanalyse.
Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung.
Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
