To join our Animal Health Division, we are looking for a Learning & Development Lead (m/f/d) DACH (Associate Director) on a permanent and full-time basis.

It is possible to hold the position home-office-based within the D/A/CH region.
In this role, you will support and facilitate learning and development activities within DACH Animal Health commercial business and influence the design and execution of the learning plans to achieve business results.
You will support all aspects of new hire onboarding and training, manager on-boarding and training as well as leadership training and development. You will also be responsible for the communication, coordination, logistics planning and execution of training programs and track metrics/program evaluations to share business impact with the Business Unit Leaders.
You will support our sales teams, business unit directors and their direct reports in the execution of the L&D strategy through consulting and delivery on appropriate learning solutions.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Effectively establish, deepen and sustain key relationships with Business Unit Leads and mid-level managers to understand their business needs and related performance gaps, provide oversight and analysis when defining requirements, and demonstrate an understanding of processes and methodology in order to provide appropriate learning solutions
Being responsible for the implementation of the annual L&D curriculum in alignment with the local business and Global L&D function
Train Sales Managers to be best in class sales coaches through select learning solutions
Monitoring and reporting performance of sales managers coaching and selling skills in action and providing them additional support where needed
Lead collaborative efforts with stakeholders to define desired performance outcomes; provide feedback and coaching on issues related to learning programs and policies
Remain current on learning and development related tools, techniques, strategies and practices in order to provide relevant, informed consultative advice to clients; share leading learning practices with teams and stakeholders
Ensure successful learning outcomes by directing the identification and translation of the client’s learning needs into a defined learning strategy and implemented solutions
Act as a liaison between the Learning Support Services function and stakeholders to ensure alignment with learning needs; Ensure learning solutions created meet the requirements of the client; Identify alternate non-training solutions when appropriate
Understand feedback provided by Learning Support Services (LSS) on the overall success of the learning solutions; Interpret and discuss feedback with stakeholders, and monitor impact and cost-effectiveness of learning solutions; suggest improvements to further enhance learning program effectiveness and sustainability
Report timely feedback on learning effectiveness to the business through pre-determined KPIs and communicate suggestions for improvement

Your qualifications:
Bachelor´s degree (Master´s degree is preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing and/or sales training roles
Minimum 3 years of experience facilitating, developing, and/or delivering sales learning and/or training solutions
Minimum 3 years of sales account management experience, key account management preferred
English and German (spoken and written)

Project planning experience, including the ability to contribute to operational, tactical and strategic planning in support of the business plan
Knowledge of and ability to use industry and organization standards, procedures, and policies relevant to staff learning and development
Advanced experience in applying concepts and practices of adult learning to meet the dynamic needs of the business
Advanced experience in assessing competency gaps and identifying what people need to learn for successful individual and organizational performance
Ability to effectively deliver or facilitate training in face-to-face and virtual instructor led sessions
