Key User Hauptbuchhaltung (m/w/d) in SAP S/4HANA für die Module FI (Finanzwesen) und CO (Controlling)
Ansprechpartner:in für das Demand- und Incidentmanagement (Ticket-Handling) für die beiden Module SAP FI und SAP CO
Durchführen von Tests (z. B. User Acceptance Tests) sowie End-User-Schulungen
Sicherstellen des End-User-Supports
Koordinieren von Themen zwischen der Hauptbuchhaltung und der IT (Product Owner)
Mitwirken bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen im Rahmen der Key-User-Tätigkeit
Unterstützen bei (internationalen) Projekten in relevanten Themen
Dein Profil
Was du mitbringen solltest.
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter:in oder Abschluss eines Studiums (Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre und Schwerpunkt Accounting)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet
Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA in den Modulen FI und CO
Umfassende MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Engagement, Teamgeist sowie Kontaktfreude und Kommunikationstalent
Zuverlässige, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

What you give your best for.
Key user general ledger accounting for the FI (financial accounting) and CO (controlling) modules in SAP S/4HANA
Acting as a point of contact for the demand and incident management (ticket handling) for the SAP FI and SAP CO modules
Testing (e.g. user acceptance tests) and end-user training
Ensuring end-user support
Acting as an interface between the General Ledger Accounting team and IT (product owner) to coordinate topics
Participating in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in the context of your key user responsibilities
Supporting (international) projects with input on relevant topics
Your Profile
What you should have.
Completed vocational training in commerce, ideally with further training as a balance sheet accountant, or university degree (in business administration and a focus on accounting)
Several years of professional experience in a similar area of responsibility
Sound knowledge of the FI and CO modules in SAP S/4HANA
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
Very good English language skills
Committed team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable, independent and autonomous work approach
