HR Product Owner Global Mobility & Compensation (f/m/d)

Your Tasks
Further strategic development of Wilo’s Global Mobility-Productportfolio as HR Product Owner: ensure development and scaling of our Global Mobility strategy, related policies and processes, through continuous review and recommendations for improvements.
Ensure operational excellence in all relevant Global Mobility activities: provide advisory support, guidance and solutions to Expats and Managers. Ensure coordination of external providers.
Contribute to the continuous development and execution of our global C&B processes by conducting global job evaluations and salary benchmarks for Wilo’s Top Management positions.
Provide expert advice to our global HR Community.

Your Profile
University degree (or equivalent experience) with five years‘ experience in HR Management, with experience in a multinational/international environment
Demonstrated background Global Mobility and C&B related topics (e.g. Benchmarking and Job Evaluation)
Excellent analytical skills to understand areas of improvements and bring forward solutions
Dedicated team player with excellent customer service and communication skills
Fluent in English
