HR Business Partner (f/m/d) – Automotive
Location: Munich (hybrid)
Your tasks:
You will be the go-to resource for the line managers, providing coaching, advice, and guidance to enhance their understanding of people management and Human Resources issues
From onboarding to resignation, you will be there every step of the way to ensure a seamless employee experience
You will also source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, conduct interviews and negotiate contracts
You will play a key role in designing and implementing the people development process, identifying training and coaching needs to support professional growth
You will provide guidance on Human Resources policies and interpret them to the team members
You will support managers in driving change by providing your expertise and implementing measures to continuously improve the Human Resources processes in close coordination with other departments
Your Qualifications:
You have a completed Human Resources Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 3-5 years of professional experience in Human Resources
You have experience in project management
You are a structured team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment, with attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
You have excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, any other languages in a plus
