Head of Division Marketing Sales (f/m/d)
Endress+Hauser is a global leader in the field of measuring instruments, services and solutions for industrial process engineering. Endress+Hauser Temperature+System Products, headquartered in Nesselwang, Germany, employs more than 700 people worldwide and specializes in the manufacture and development of temperature measuring instruments, temperature engineered solutions and system products.
In order to further expand our leading position, we are currently looking for an innovative and experienced leader to head our Sales Area Management and Industrial Management. You will also be responsible for Marketing Communication and Sales Excellence. As a Product Center, we work closely with our regional Sales Centers to jointly develop tailor-made sales strategies.

Tasks + Challenges
Defining and implementing the Product Center’s sales strategy for temperature and system products
Further development of B2B sales with a focus on digitalization and customer experience
Development of new and optimization of existing sales channels
Coordination of all sales activities across the >50 Sales Centers of the Endress+Hauser Group
Planning, managing and controlling sales and marketing activities, taking into account market and competitive trends
Definition and control of marketing communication measures
Development and optimization of the sales support process
Disciplinary management and development of two organizational levels with 7 direct reports, a total of 27 employees and technical management of a further 3 Heads of Marketing in overseas subsidiaries (USA, India and China)

Qualifications + Profile
University degree in engineering, business administration or a similar field
Many years of practical and management experience in B2B sales in a technology-oriented industrial company
High customer orientation and very good negotiation skills
International experience and intercultural competence
Specialist knowledge in the areas of sales, growth strategies and project management with cross-departmental and cross-functional cooperation
Good knowledge of marketing tools from traditional to digital marketing
Leadership personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
Good communication skills and ability to motivate yourself and others
Excellent English language skills, good German language skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
