Ermittlung rechtlicher Anforderungen sowie Koordinierung der Bewertung übergeordneter, internationaler Compliance-Anforderungen und -Risiken
Ansprechpartner:in für Fachabteilungen und Projektteams zur Klärung rechtlicher und technischer Anfragen
Überwachung des regulatorischen Umfelds in Bezug auf neue oder veränderte IT-relevante Anforderungen
Modellierung von Workflows und digitalen Prozessen sowie Formulierung entsprechender Policies, SOPs etc. und Unterstützung bei deren Implementierung
Beratung von Fachteams hinsichtlich der Anwendbarkeit und Einhaltung von Rechtsnormen
Dein Profil
Was du mitbringen solltest.
Abschluss als Jurist:in, Wirtschaftsjurist:in (1. Staatsexamen, LL.B., LL.M.), abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Rechtsabteilung, einem Compliance- oder Legal-Operations-Team, einer Kanzlei oder in der Compliance-Beratung
Hohe IT-Affinität, Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie ein hoher Anspruch an Arbeitsqualität
Kreativität, analytisches Denken, Problemlösungsorientierung und Hands-on-Mentalität
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Was wünschenswert ist.
Grundkenntnisse in Digitalisierungs- und Software-Entwicklungsprojekten sowie Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Sicherheit und mit dem Einsatz künstlicher Intelligenz ist wünschenswert
Idealerweise Kenntnisse einschlägiger GRC-Lösungen (z. B. Quentic, ServiceNow GRC)
Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und mit der Implementierung von Prozessen sowie der Formulierung entsprechender Governance-Dokumente
Interesse an Legal Tech, Steigerung der Prozesseffizienz und unkonventionellem Denken (»Out-of-the-box thinking«)

What this role looks like.
Identifying legal requirements as well as coordinating the assessment of overarching international compliance requirements and risks
Acting as a contact person for departments and project teams to assist in the clarification of legal and technical enquiries
Monitoring the regulatory environment with regard to new or changed IT-relevant requirements
Modelling workflows and digital processes as well as formulating corresponding policies, SOPs etc. and providing support with their implementation
Advising specialist teams on the applicability of and compliance with legal standards
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
Degree in law, business law (1st state examination, LL.B., LL.M.), economics or comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in a legal department, a compliance or legal operations team, a law firm or in compliance consulting
Passion for IT, initiative and enthusiasm for working in a team as well as a high standard on the quality of your work
Creativity, analytical thinking, problem-solving oriented and hands-on mentality
Very good German and English language skills
Desirable extras.
Basic knowledge of digitalisation and software development projects as well as experience in IT security and the use of artificial intelligence is desirable
Ideally knowledge of relevant GRC solutions (e. g. Quentic, ServiceNow GRC)
Experience in the design and implementation of processes and the formulation of corresponding governance documents
Interest in legal tech, increasing process efficiency and unconventional thinking («out-of-the-box thinking»)
