What you’ll do

Execute and oversee multiple transportation supply chain projects on a global level, ensuring they are completed on time in quality and in budget
You work closely with internal and external partners to align project goals and ensure smooth execution of key projects in Knauf, such as global TMS initiatives, end-to-end visibility, track & trace, and systems standardization
Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders (project update calls, Steering Committee)
Evaluate potential technologies, tools, and processes to optimize transportation efficiency on a global scale and drive the rollout and continuous improvement of cutting-edge solutions
Establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of transportation processes

Who you are

Several years (7+) of professional experience in operational logistics, with focus on transportation – inbound and outbound logistics
In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, concepts, and technologies, including control towers, process optimization, TMS
Strong communication skills, comfortable in presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, along with strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Fluent in English with German as a bonus and a willingness for travel
