Wilo’s global HR community has embarked on a transformation journey about 1,5 years ago. The vision of this journey is to enhance the people experience at Wilo by offering more customer-centric and globally recognizable people products and processes.

HR digitization plays an important role in this journey as well as putting an increased focus on Wilo’s top leaders as a key target group – since they significantly shape the people experience as leaders and important multipliers of our Wilo culture.
Your Tasks
The Global Lead People Excellence oversees a holistic functional HR portfolio on a global scale, including: People Strategy, Compensation, People Analytics, Global Mobility, Talent Management and Learning. Major responsibilities here are:

Lead a team of product owners and application experts focused on: People Analytics, different Compensation topics, Global Mobility, Performance & Talent Management, Employee Experience Measurement & Employer Branding as well as Learning & Development
Further develop Wilo People Strategy and support it’s execution by ensuring transparent and efficient roles & structures in our global HR organization
Develop and implement new people standards, products and processes to constantly improve People Product Offerings to support our overall Wilo strategy
Manage the respective global HR project portfolio
Drive HR Digitization by providing state-of-the-art tools groupwide (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Implementation)
Continuously seek new people «trends» to bring in external impulses as well as assess Wilo internal customer satisfaction and organizational needs on (new or existing) people products/processes/tools
The Global Lead People Experience/HR Excellence will be a member of the global HR leadership team at Wilo and report directly to the Senior Vice President Human Resources

Your Profile

We are looking for a well-rounded HR professional with a high customer focus, a broad scope of HR experience and the motivation to create a future-oriented people product portfolio. We feel that you can contribute best if you bring in a strategic, customer-focused and process-oriented mindset as well as experience in multiple Compensation topics as well as Talent Management and Learning. As the success of this position will depend highly on a trustful co-operation with other global/local HR colleagues, we seek a new colleague who comes with a «One HR mindset» and the willingness to make our business successful in a team effort.

We are a global player with a traditional heritage. Therefore, it will help you if you have gained work experience in structures and dynamics of a larger sized company and are familiar with working in international matrix environments.
