Job description
Global launch management of IBC 2.0 including the structuring of one global production network to reach operational excellence.
For different locations: Zhangjiagang (CN), El Marques(MEX), Koblenz (DE) and Gliwice(PL)
Finalize ramp up in and insure read across to El Marques, Koblenz and finally Gliwice
Quick performance improvement in ZJG (OEE, Scrap and cost to quality, supplier performance and overall)
Optimization of the launch costs in ELM, KOB and GLW – Productivity, Freight costs, Cost to Quality incl. scrap, qualification & training of the teams
Job Request
Project management in global international structures
Process management and launch management for automotive products and productions
IATF, VDA-Standards
Technical competence to support the ramp-up of new production facilities
Shopfloor management and lean expertise
Good German (B2 Level or better) and good English (B2 Level or better)
