Development Engineer (d/m/f) IR Laser Chips
Location: Regensburg
Your Duties
Design, realization and evaluation of AlGaAs based semiconductor laser chips
Development of novel concepts and optimization of existing process flows for laser diode manufacturing in strong cooperation with epi development, process development and manufacturing
Solving problems in design and process in a sustainable and systematic way
Deeply analyze and understand interactions between chip design and processes flow

Your Qualifications
Degree in physics, optics, electrical engineering, material science or a related field
Expertise in device physics for AlGaAs laser diodes and opto-semiconductor technology
Experience in semiconductor frontend processes
Professional experience in semiconductor industry a plus
Goal oriented team player
Strong problem solving and analytic thinking skills combined with excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Business English
