What you will be doing
Contribution to in-depth analysis with strategic horizons in term of time and significance
Compilation of consolidated monthly reports and ad hoc analysis for key figure-based company management
Budget planning support and compilation of evaluations and presentations with interfaces to departments
Ensuring completeness, integrity and quality of company’s internal controlling tools and their interfaces to other system (in particular SAP)
Cooperation in projects for further development of controlling tools for the increased implementation of our Business Intelligence Systems
Process documentation as well as the further development of implemented systems
Being part of interfunctional, strategic projects (e. g. improve supply chain, monitor and reduce the level of inventory)
Being responsible for the controlling of an area (e. g. one plant, sales organization, IT organization)
Who we are looking for
Successfully completed master’s degree in economics / business sciences or similar ideally specializing in controlling
First experience in an international company where you gained knowledge in about finance processes, P&L, Balance Sheet, Budget, Forecasting, ideally in the automotive, pharmaceutical or Chemical industry
Excellent English language skills, further languages (especially Japanese and Korean) would be an advantage
Mobility
Pronounced openness, ability to work well in a team and intercultural tolerance as well as initiative and communication talent
Expert SAP Skills
Affinity to IT-related topics such as database management, SQL etc. Very good computer skills in particular the ability to work well with challenging analyses in Microsoft Excel and compilation of PowerPoint presentations
Positive, solution- and implementation-oriented way
Very good analytical skills, critical judgement ability and a willingness to learn
