Job Description

We are looking for you to support our Business Segment Driver Assistance & Automated Driving within Continental Engineering Services GmbH (CES) at the location Frankfurt.
As an engineering and production partner, Continental Engineering Services (CES) develops customized solutions for technologically challenging tasks in automotive and industrial industries. Become a part of a strong team and help us ensure that future mobility becomes more user-friendly, drive-efficient, safe and comfortable.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
Responsibility for the Business Development and coordination of Business Development -related activities for the Business Center Radar
Supporting the Business Center Management in developing and implementing measures to increase the external sales
«First-face-to-customer» for new customer acquisitions related to radar technology for automotive and non-automotive applications
Development of the offering for the standard radar portfolio (availability, standard quote, standard costs, specifications)
Observation of market regarding product trends, competitors and possible white spots as well as collaboration with engineering teams to enhance product portfolio / roadmap
Owning and providing all relevant marketing material (presentations, demonstrators)
Maintaining worldwide network with worldwide CES Sales and Business Development community and provides basic training regarding the radar product portfolio
Organizing/supporting internal and external marketing activities like sales alignments, tech days and fairs

Qualifications

Academic degree in an engineering discipline or similar, additional business qualification is a plus
Several years of working experience within the automotive industry and / or in a similar business-development / strategy consulting positions
Joy and working experience in dealing with customers
Experience in the field of radar technology / driver assistance is a plus
Fluent English and German language skills
Excellent communication skills and high interest to collaborate in international teams
High degree of self-motivation and self-reliance
Excellent ownership, proactivity and entrepreneur mindset
