Administrator (m/f/d) GGN Label
The GLOBALG.A.P. brand is owned and operated by FoodPLUS GmbH; a limited liability company registered in Cologne, Germany. FoodPLUS GmbH is responsible for managing the GLOBALG.A.P. portfolio of smart farm assurance solutions and the related day-to-day operations – from standard setting and certification management to integrity and marketing. FoodPLUS GmbH also acts as the legal entity responsible for the international copyrights for the GLOBALG.A.P. brand and the GGN consumer label which stands for certified, responsible agriculture and transparency.
For our Sales & Stakeholder Relations department we are now looking for an Administrator (m/f/d) GGN Label part-time (25h/week, Mon-Fri) to start immediately.
What you will do:
Communicate with customers, verbally and in writing
Contract management and follow-up tasks (e. g. invoicing)
Sending information material to stakeholders and support them in the onboarding process to the GGN Label platform
Preparation of data analyses (rankings, forecasts) and sharing of derived insights within the team
Proactive support of marketing activities to further develop the GGN Label by representing the brand at trade fairs, etc.
What we are looking for:
Completed commercial vocational training
2-3 years of practical experience in a comparable position
Proficient in English (C1 level), other European languages (German, Spanish, etc.) are beneficial
Advanced user of the MS Office package
Process-oriented team player (m/f/d) with good communication skills
Independent, reliable, and committed way of working
