Your responsibilities

You manage projects according to our company processes and standards.
You are responsible to pursue key project objectives like adaptions and enhancements of e. g. Android components to automotive needs (e. g. target hardware, real-time, safety, …).
You play an active role during the technical bid proposal management.
You lead and motivate teams by applying your excellent soft skills and our company values.
You manage agile software teams, developing and integrating solutions for embedded automotive components.
You guide and foster Project Managers in your program.
Your responsibility is to plan and execute projects within budget, quality and time.
You implement and coordinate a multi-site strategy.
You report to customer and management.
You proactively identify and assess project risks and react with appropriate countermeasures.

Your profile

You hold a university or senior technical college degree.
You have several years of experience in project management, either in the automotive software domain or in Android-based software development projects.
Preferably, you have experience with automotive technologies and processes (e.g. Automotive SPICE).
You have profound knowledge of project management processes and methods in software engineering, ideally proven by certificates like PMI etc.
You have knowledge in the technical domain of operating systems, frameworks and related architectural concepts – Android competency is a plus.
Ideally, you bring in high level tool knowledge, software hands-on, and activities in relevant communities.
Your communication is confident, competent and solution-focused.
You work autonomously and in a self-reliant way.
Your profile is completed by fluent communication skills in English, written and verbally.
