Your responsibilities

You document requirements and adapt and maintain the toolchain.
You create and maintain tracing reports for all levels (including tests).
You guide developers (m/f/d) to write architecture and design requirements.
You ensure a common understanding of the requirements between all involved stakeholders through a regular and transparent information flow.
You elicit and analyze product features and business processes in collaboration with topic related stakeholders.
You document the problem space and the functional solution space.
You validate and negotiate results with all stakeholders
You perform reviews and advocacy for Elektrobit quality standards.
You are responsible for the administration and management of requirement specification documents.
You support the improvement of processes, methods and tools for requirements engineering and management.
You offer support, training and guidance for development teams.

Your profile

You have a university degree in computer science, electronics or similar.
You have several years of relevant work experience in a comparable field.
You have experience in Python programming.
You are experienced in the software development process, ideally with a successful history in Automotive SPICE projects.
Knowledge in cloud technologies (Azure and AWS) is an advantage.
Ideally, you are also familiar with C++, SCRUM and agile methods and have knowledge in working with databases.
You are characterized by a structured working style and an assertive appearance. You work autonomously and in a self-reliant way.
You are a creative team player with excellent communication skills.
You are enthusiastic about software and technology and are always ready to learn new things.
You communicate fluently in English (spoken and written), German is a plus.
