Marketing Communication Automation Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:
The Hamilton Company is looking for a MarCom Automation Manager who is experienced in marketing automation, marketing systems and CRM data management to join our Process Analytics business unit. As part of our Global MarCom team, you will work closely with all marketing team members as well as our colleagues in sales and in IT. You will support the Global Marketing Communication team with data management, analytics and marketing automation campaigns in order to continuously improve our overall customer journey and lead generation.
While responsibilities may slightly vary based on our marketing needs, the core of your role will be to:
Optimize our marketing automation strategy by identifying opportunities for improvement and manage implementation in collaboration with the Global MarCom team.
Manage end-to-end marketing data collection process and ensure tracking of all channels to enable customer journey mapping and optimization.
Develop, implement and manage our automation campaigns in collaboration with the MarCom Managers
Be the point of contact for all marketing automation platforms and rollout of marketing campaigns to our international database.
Consistently analyse the HubSpot database to uncover new opportunities within our ever-growing database.
Segment website visitors and customer data based on MarCom strategy.
Set up automated analytics dashboards to support campaign performance analysis and reporting.
Oversee training of marketing platforms and user adoption.

5+ years of experience in marketing automation and CRM data management
Experienced in marketing systems integrations
HubSpot expert
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager expert
JavaScript basic knowledge
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, a plus
Power BI knowledge, a plus
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Data driven decision-maker
Interest for natural sciences, industry background, a plus
English spoken and written, good knowledge of German is preferred, any additional language skills a plus
