Join us as Manager Controlling* for SCHOTT Pharma at our headquarter in Mainz, Germany .
Your Contribution
Execute our management reporting incl. creation of target-oriented reports and KPI’s
Support our business fields and SCHOTT Pharma entities with further development of reporting and planning tools
Drive the performance of the finance area through a smart application of digital technologies and automation of processes
Understand and foster process & system integration and data management
Drive self-service reporting in finance and the decision-making process
Decide and utilize the best visualization tools for complex finance structures and analytics
Your Qualifications
You successfully completed a university degree in economics or business administrations with main focus on Controlling, Accounting or Taxes
You gained a minimum of 3 years of experiences in Controlling in an international B2B company
You enjoy employing your fast, analytical and proactive mindset with an eye for detail
You successfully use your creative thinking skills, structured way of working and quick comprehension
You possess strong knowledge of dashboarding applications
You are an expert in business analytics tools and have a high motivation to implement such tools from scratch
You routinely use relevant IT Tools, especially SAP FI/CO
You are driven by strong team work, hands-on mentality and a solution-focused approach to work
Business fluency in English and German (written and spoken) completes your profile
