Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

Coordination of the daily routine of the managing director incl. communication with other managing directors worldwide
Relieving the managing director of administrative tasks and take responsibility of the following topics
Meeting organization coordination
Purchasing & ordering
Travel planning and take care of travel expense reports
Compilation and preparation of quarterly figures from different departments
Support managing director in delivery business data on time
Coordination and alignment of cross-functional and international meetings/ planning conferences

Your Qualifications

Long-term, professional experience in top management assistance
Strong Reliability in handling sensitive and personal data
Several years of experience in intercultural exchange and communication in an international environment
Structured, self-responsible and proactive working style and analytical thinking & working
Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs including Sharepoint/ MS Teams and One Drive
Excellent English and German language skills (wording & writing)
Organizing and coordination ability
Team player
Strong communication skills
