Hardware Product Engineer Infrastructure – Electrical (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering
Actively drive and influence mainly electronical (70%-100%) and also mechanical designs (0%-30%) of new products
Manage product changes for manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction and quality improvements
Qualification of NPI and CPE changes in production and manage the roll out to the whole supply chain
Accountable for the quality management of products within our supplier’s production
Transfer & manufacturing control at suppliers, which includes assembly, installation, test and data collection processes
Your Qualifications
Bachelors’/Masters‘ degree in Electronical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of development of printed circuit boards and electromechanical assemblies
Analytical skills in failure identification (data analysis to identify HW errors, electronical measurements, debugging electronical assemblies)
Good communication skills in cross-functional companywide environment as well as with external partners in English and German
Highly independent and pro-active team player
Demonstrates strong ownership
Open-minded
Willing to travel up to 30%
