Field Service Supply Chain Analyst (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
Creating and monitoring Purchase Orders
Supplier contact
Various evaluations / data analysis, e.g. Turn-around times (suppliers, warehouses, customers), Costs (repair, shipping), Flow of goods (speed and support vs. economic aspects), Ad hoc reports/analysis
Forecasting, e.g. Spares Freshbuilds, Spares Repair, Per Supplier, Both creating, improving and automating forecasts
Automation, e.g.Back Order Report, End Of Support (Process and Calculation), Life Time Buys, Develop automations and related processes to significantly supply of spares, Develop Automated NPI Demand calculation
Develop and establish data linkage/exchange with SOC BU in order to have FS Demand considered in production capacity planning
Your Qualifications
University degree (e.g. Bachelor in Arts Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science/Analytics, Statistics)
Comprehension of MRP, inventory planning, forecasting, capacity utilization and production/supply planning
Analytical approach and aptitude for analysis in large data environment
Advanced skills required in Excel, Access or similar database management applications (e.g. MS Access, Power BI, vba)
Intermediate skills in MS Office
Analysis and its interpretation as basis for management decision
Developing automations and related processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of organization
Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Desire to adapt and learn and to achieve a sense of urgency
